By creating an account or using ViaLuDi, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.
You must be at least 16 years old to use ViaLuDi. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using ViaLuDi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@vialudi.com if you suspect unauthorized access. ViaLuDi is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.
You agree not to use ViaLuDi to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; harass, threaten, or harm other users; create fake events or misrepresent event details; collect user data without consent; violate any applicable laws; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
You retain ownership of content you post on ViaLuDi, including photos, bucket list items, and event descriptions. By posting content, you grant ViaLuDi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.
ViaLuDi connects users with real-world experiences but is not responsible for the safety, quality, or outcome of any event or experience. Users attend events at their own risk. ViaLuDi does not verify the accuracy of all event details provided by third-party organizers and encourages users to exercise reasonable judgment.
Organizations that register as ViaLuDi Business Partners agree to provide accurate business information, comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, not use the partner API to push misleading or fraudulent event listings, and maintain the security of their API credentials.
The ViaLuDi platform, including its name, logo, design, and underlying technology, is owned by ViaLuDi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.
ViaLuDi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Event and experience data is sourced from third parties and may not always be accurate or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViaLuDi and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages arising from attending events discovered through ViaLuDi.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use ViaLuDi ceases immediately.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ViaLuDi shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
