Vialudi Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 6, 2026 · Version: 1.0
Vialudi is for everyone who wants to discover, plan, share and remember experiences, including people with disabilities.
Our goal
We aim for our websites, including Vialudi for Business, to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We aim for the Vialudi iPhone app to meet the same goal and to follow Apple's accessibility guidelines.
What we do
- We build with keyboard use, screen readers, larger text and color contrast in mind, and we fix barriers people tell us about.
- Accessibility features are free and never require a paid subscription.
- You can filter experiences by accessibility and family suitability.
- If you choose, you can share accessibility needs for a Trip so that its suggestions and packing list fit you. Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain how we protect that information.
Known limitations
We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, and some parts of Vialudi may not fully meet our goal:
- Maps come from Google Maps and can be hard to use with a screen reader. Where we show a map, we aim to list the same places in text.
- Photos and videos that people post may not have text descriptions.
- Websites and apps of other companies that we link to, such as travel and activity providers, are outside our control.
Tell us about a barrier
Email support@vialudi.com with the subject "Accessibility". Tell us which page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the device and any assistive technology you use. We will reply within 5 business days and tell you what we will do.
If you need any of our documents, such as our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, in another format, ask and we will provide one.
