We also collect information automatically when you use ViaLuDi, including your device type, IP address, and how you interact with the platform.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve ViaLuDi, including to personalize your experience, recommend experiences and events near you, connect you with other users at shared events, send you notifications about upcoming experiences, and respond to your requests and questions.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with other users as part of the core platform experience — for example, your display name and general location when you join a shared event. We use trusted service providers to operate ViaLuDi, including cloud hosting, email delivery, and event data providers, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.
ViaLuDi uses your location to surface nearby events and experiences. We display general geographic regions rather than your exact address to other users. You control when your location is shared through your privacy settings. Location data is used solely to improve your discovery experience and is never sold.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which will remove your personal information from our active systems within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, secure credential storage, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
ViaLuDi uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and improve platform performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect some platform features.
ViaLuDi is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us at support@vialudi.com and we will promptly delete it.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@vialudi.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of ViaLuDi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
